*Payments
All major credit cards and eChecks are accepted using the PayPal shopping cart. Although you do not need a PayPal account to check out using the PayPal shopping cart, you will be given the option to create one upon making a purchase.
Please note that payments being sent through the mail are not accepted due to the nature of the one-of-a-kind items.
*Shipping
Currently, shipping is only offered to residents of North America (Canada and USA only). Shipping overseas is currently not offered due to the high volume of misplaced international packages. All orders will be shipped via Regular Mail within Canada, and via Airmail to the United States using Canada Post.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for packages to be received. If you require expedited shipping on an order, please feel free to send an email to orders@elementnineteen.com with your order information and further information will be provided.
*Shipping Rates
Shipping rates to Canada and the United States are as follows:
$5.00 for purchases under $19.99
$8.00 for purchases between $20.00-$49.99
$12.00 for purchases between $50.00-$99.99
All orders over $100 receive free shipping!
